The outlet fitting is 50mm from the base to the outlet hole. 

The lead time from order to delivery is approximately 5 - 10 working days.

Our products are available to be purchased through most rural and plumbing merchants, because the size of the range they normally order on request however some do hold a standard range in stock.

If it is your primary source of water, most district councils require you to have a minimum of 25,000 ltrs.

Installation instructions require a sand base/fine gravel pad and minimum 100mm thick and 300mm bigger than the actual diameter of the tank. 

The base needs to be compacted and level as when full, the 30000 lt tank will weigh 30 tonne.

Plastic tanks have lower transportation costs (our tanks larger than 10000 lt are delivered free!). 

Installation is easier and lower cost.
No need for heavy equipment to move/install.
Longer lifespan - concrete cracks when the ground shifts, and plastic is more forgiving, meaning they generally last longer than concrete!

Naturally black will attract more heat than a more neutral colour. 

The most popular colour we sell is mist green (80% of our tanks sold) - this is a very durable colour and does not attract excessive heat.

XPRESS tanks have a 10 year warranty.

This is the industry standard warranty for smooth walled tanks.

Smooth walled tanks should not be buried. As with all smooth walled tanks your warranty will be void if you bury the tank and the side wall collapses due to external pressure.

PROMAX corrugated tanks have a 20 year warranty.

PROMAX tanks can be buried up to 1 metre in the ground and still retain their 20 year warranty.

All Big Tanks (10,000 lt and over) are delivered FREE to your property.

Please note - this may exclude some remote areas and outer islands (eg: Waiheke).

Drivers allow half an hour on your property to deliver the tank - if you require the driver to spend more than half an hour at your property delivering your tank, an additional charge will be applicable.
