Marketing Coordinator

Based in Kerikeri, Promax is seeking a dynamic marketing professional with a strong digital marketing skill set to join their dedicated team. Reporting to the Managing Director you will enjoy working as part of a dynamic Sales & Marketing team. In this new role you will take full ownership of promotional activities across the Promax website, social media platforms and written marketing materials to increase the company’s brand presence and exploit new and existing sales opportunities. You will also create and produce digital campaigns and videos and drive success through the company’s various digital channels.

You will embrace and live the Promax Company Values and contribute to a positive team environment. In addition, you will be proactive and contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency in the workplace.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this hands-on role, you will have at least five years marketing experience with a digital and commercial focus.  You will have a good understanding of brand awareness and be performance driven with a strong customer focus. Additionally, you will have great technical skills for conducting research and analysis and comprehensive reporting ability. Your outstanding communication skills, ability to build relationships, professional approach and attention to detail are key to your success and what sets you apart.

Reporting to the Production Manager you will be based in Kerikeri (Northland) and will enjoy working as part of a team.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be based in Kerikeri, Northland and will enjoy working as part of a team. Your focus will be working as part of a team, to take ownership of all customer service tasks, sales order entry, order confirmation, support tickets, reception work and call handling. You will be a positive, energetic, solutions-orientated individual who is passionate about helping customers.
